Olivier LeMaitre has over 30 years of experience in business management, leadership, and sales. Olivier is a highly accomplished executive with a proven track record of achieving results and problem-solving. He is a dynamic visionary recognized for growing sales and developing strategies to increase profitability and expand lines of business.

Olivier’s experience as a business executive gives him a unique advantage in understanding the reality of today’s management challenges. His international background from working many years in Europe gives him a greater perspective of the complexity of our global economy.

Olivier recently served as the Senior Vice President of Spray-Lock Concrete Protection (SCP) in Chattanooga, developing new territories and new markets in the US and across the world to sell the company’s innovative concrete technology. He effectively steered the corporate strategies for product development and market penetration, and successfully positioned SCP as a premier supplier in the concrete remediation market.

Olivier received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance Administration in the University of Normandy in Le Havre, France. He is currently the President-elect of the International Business Council Board (IBC) and the Vice President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce.

He was recognized by his peers as the Murray County Chamber’s Businessman of the year (2013), and Rotarian of the year in Peachtree City, GA (2003).
He was born and raised in Normandy, France. He now resides in Chattanooga with his wife, Dawn. He has two married sons, Nicolas (29) and Philippe (27).
